Art Bin YARN DRUM™
I purchased one from Joann Fabrics a few months ago. Normally, I would not buy something like this, especially at 19.99! But I was lucky enough to have a 50% off coupon (on a single item) and a 5% off coupon for total purchase. So, I bought a red one. Still, it felt like an extravagance and because of this I did not use it for several weeks. When I did I was embarrassed to explain why I needed it to Deanna.
If I were to write a review on the retailer’s web site I would have to give the Yarn Bin™ 3 ½ stars. The pros would be the quantity the drum holds, the shoulder strap, the accessory holder and the light weight of the drum. The cons would be when not full the drum loses its shape, and when you are partially finished with a project it can not be stored inside the bin if the yarn is still attached and you are pulling the yarn through the slot. As in the photo showing my project next to the partially filled bin. All things considered I would recommend this product to my friends/family and I would purchase it again. I am satisfied with the Yarn Drum.
When doing a Google search there are as many prices as there are retailers; price range shown $13-26. You can find them listed on Amazon, Etsy, Cut Rate Crafts, Joann Fabrics, Hancock Fabrics to name a few.
