Do you have a Google account? Gmail? If you do you probably know about the Google+ Communities. If not you can open an email account, free of cost, and if you don’t want to use it for anything but updates from the Communities that is acceptable. There are over 100 Communities available.
Lately, I have joined three groups and started one.
- Meladora’s Creations for Crochet This group is not public; you must be invited to join. Currently, there are 1900 members from all over the world.
- Crochet Along on Google+ This group is public; anyone can join. Currently, there are 1373 members.

- Crochet Business Bloggers This group is public; anyone can join. Currently, there are 176 members.
- Crocheting, Knitting & Sewing for a Cause This group is also public; anyone can join. I formed this group yesterday morning and there are already 20 members. The cause can be any you select. I am also willing to receive items and distribute locally ( I am in the USA) the other moderator lives in Canada and if you so desire she will receive and distribute in Canada.
